Browsing Data in the Dashboard

After you select a Dashboard view (see Selecting Dashboard Views), your available items appear in the Dashboard. You can browse the data in the Dashboard using a variety of search and sort tools.

	Item	Description
1	Items	Change the number of items that appear in the view.
2	Refresh	Refresh the current view. If you have any new items (e.g., places), they will appear.
3	Sort	Sort a column sequentially. Depending on the column you are sorting, this may be alphabetically or by date. You can sort in ascending or descending order.
4	Search	Enter any term to search the current Dashboard view for a particular item. The Dashboard filters the results to show items that match the term you entered.
5	Action Menu	Select additional actions for an item. See Tasks Associated with the Dashboard.
6	Browse Results	Use the arrows to browse additional pages of results, if available. Jump to a specific page by selecting the number of the page you want to view.
